ASL on a ASG 120

So i get an ASG120, set the thing up in my personal lab, shut it down via the web interface, boot it up at location, and it doesn't bring the network up.  I can't log onto the web interface or anything.  So i do the factory reset, nothing...  end up logging into the command line, and it is booting, but no network interfaces are coming up, and neither is the webadmin.  so my question is how do i fix it?  can i put the ASL on a usb flash drive and boot from the and rebuild the hard drives?  is that ASL the same as the one installed on the ASG?

    Hi,

    you cannot install any other software on your ASG due to the warranty. You also cannot install ASG software on your applicance since the license does not work on a  software installation. 
    I suggest to ask your partner to receive a new unit. Maybe it will be able to provide you a more comfortable solution than replace it with a new one.
