Upgrade 4.x to 5.x Astaro-Appliance without CDROM

Hi Folks,
i have an Astaro Short-Rack Appliance without CDROM. Its running under 4.028 and i want to upgrade to 5.x or 6.x, but how should i do it without opening the appliance to mount a CDROM.
There are ways upgrade from 3 to 4 and 5 to 6 but no 4 to 5.
Has anyone a hint ??
