ASG220 -->V6

I am a stupid man!!
I had a ASG220. Someday i want to upgrade to V6.001 , but it can't work . So I ssh login to asg220, and delete the /var/upgrade/* all files . i am so stupid.. Now i can't Upgrade to V6 by System up2date Page .
Please Tell me
1. Where can i download the /var/upgrade all files ? or
2. Tell me How to Install the V6 Asg-6.001 bin migration package ?

Greetings; in the astaro FTP I found it at

ftp://ftp.astaro.com/pub/ASL/Migration_5.2-6.0/

I haven't done that manually so I'm not 100% it'll show up by just downloading those 2 files.
