Locked out of webadmin

I started to configure my new 220 fresh out of the box (v5) and had a helpful elf change the internal nic (eth0) to our private internal LAN so he didn't have to keep changing his ip address to get into the box. Now we are unable to get into the 220 thru the webadmin console. Does the webadmin console only run from the 192.168.0.1 address? Is there anyway to get into the box to change back to the factory settings without being able to load webadmin?

you can do this on the frontpanel of your ASG220.

Hi,
on an ASG120 you can connect a keyboard and a monitor so you can make a factory-default-reset this way. How to do is shown step by step in the short doku send to you with the ASG.
