ASG 220 frozen

Hi, I have a problem with an ASG 220.
Sometime, I'm not able to determinate when, the ASG frozen.
No one can surf in internet and all the pubblic server are not reachable, the only thing that I can do is to swith off the ASG.
My software version is 5.206

    Hello Frederico,

    we had the same problem. astaro shiped me a new asg220, i updaded the sofware and restored ny backupfile. Now we have no problems like the one you described.

    Contact astaro and ask for a new asg
