Retcode: 500 when trying to fetch fresh Up2Dates

I have the same Problem with the V6.
I tried again with V5 but there is no problem. Patternupdates for anivirussoftware and IDS are downloaded without errors.

do you have an upstream proxy confgured for your up2date service? What is the output if 'aus --debug' on your console? Please also post the output of 'df -h'?

Yes I have an upstreamproxy configured. It is an ASL V5. It is conected to the internet. The ip-adress is x.x.201.4 The second firewall that has the problems is a V6 an has the adress x.x.202.9. Between the both firewalls is a router but this is not the problem. I tried it with an other V6 firewall in the same subnet like x.x.201.4 --> same problem. With a firewall V5 as second there are no problems.

have heard there is a problem in V6 using upstream proxy for system up2dates.
