U2Date Upgrade is hung at 15%

Has anyone seen this. Im on step 2 of the Upgrade System to ASG V6 Firmware - Download Firmware (step 2/3) for a gateway 220 and its hung at 15%....its been this way for hours. What should I do? The firewall is functioning just fine but I do need to add some rules today and in the state its in im not sure where to go....

    Kill the process, then go to an Astaro mirror and download it onto your workstation. Then using the up2date process within Astaro copy it across the the Astaro box.
    Then install it.

    HI! RFC,

    If you could elaborate more on it, like what process to kill and how to copy sorry I am a linux newbie.

    you closed the update window, that should stop the process.
    You found this forum, so you can't be to badly off.

    When looking over all the sub-forums you will note the first one is for announcements and currently has the notice about V6.004 being available. Open that page and you will find a reference to a number of mirror sites. Click on one of them doesn't matter which http or ftp and select the update you want. Down load it onto your workstation (double clikc on it). After is has downloaded logon to your Astaro firewall using the webadmin page, go to the up2date section and you will find a box that says load file from "browse" in your workstation until you find it, the click start up load. After that click the install field and bingo it will be completed and tell you all about it.
    The instructions are bit general in that I can't remeber all the field names exactly.

    I am still relatively new to this stuff and learning very quickly, currently in the middle of upgading my mandriva workstation, built 5 out of 6 ISOs as coasters, had to start again.

    The Up2Date for the ASG migration from V5 to V6 is not quite as simple as downloading to your local pc, etc.

    Your best bet for this problem would be to contact support.

    I haven't been brave enough to try the migration on any of my four ASG 220s yet.
