High Availability failover

Hi

I am using ASL V6.003  with high availability and I am currently  experimenting with how the failover actually occurs. According to the users guide:

In my experience,  while the failover does occur, it's hardly immediate. It takes up to 45 seconds for the second system to fully take over. Is there something I could tweak to increase the response time?

    Hi,

    there aren't any ways to tweak the HA without lossing astaro support, because you need to alter the default configs.
    But if you want, you can try to lower the timeout, in the default haconfig (don't remember the name of the file, but should be in /etc/ha). As far I remeber its normaly around 30 seconds.
