High Availability synchronization error message

Hi,

I noticed the following error in the high-availability.log file:
link_stat "*" (in clamav_pattern) failed: No such file or directory
rsync error: some files could not be transferred (code 23) at main.c(397)

According to /etc/ha/rsyncd.conf,
the clamav_pattern is referring to /var/chroot-clam/var/lib/clamav which is empty

My question is:

1. Is the error supposed to occur?
2. Is the /var/chroot-clam/var/lib/clamav directory supposed to be empty?

Any input is greatly appreciated
