/var/storage is filling up

I'm running ASL v.6. Recently, the /var/storage is filling up.

Actually, is almost full
/dev/sda5 26G 23G 1.4G 95% /var/storage

I checked this partition. Inside the chroot-smtp/ I found a tmp/ subdirectory that is using 16GB and growing. The files name under this directory are like wool_cxPJvE

May I delete this files ??

How does your smtp message queue look (in webmin)?

The Proxy Content Manager report just some emails in queue.

I contacted Astaro support and they said that the files under the /var/storage/chroot-smtp/tmp folder should be deleted. This files are remaining since antivirus scanning process.

We have the same problem. Where can I look in the logs/WebAdmin who ist downloading the files and what while are scanned from the virus-scanner?
