ASG 120 Image ? Factory reset ?

Hi,

after upgrading to 6.001 and hitting the 'factory reset' button because of phantom interfaces the appliance comes up with no ip address. -> No web access and not usable.

Factory reset seems not to work proper...and the customer is the real poor man once again .

Does anybody have probably an image of an ASG120 because i not willing to wait any longer for a response of the lazy astaro support ?      Telling me that this is an know issue does not really help in this situation...

    Hi,

    normally it schould get the 192.168.2.100 on eth0, after factory reset.

    asg will have 192.168.0.1 on eth0 after factory reset, please try own ip 192.168.0.2 with cross cable on eth0!

    OK... I'm having the same problem. I have even placed a xover cable and sniffed all 3 of the ports on my 120 and I can assure you that non of the ports are DHCP enabled and non of the ports have an IP address. I upgraded to v6.001 and performed a factory reset from the command line at boot (default factoryreset method) and now, all I have left is a really nasty green paper weight! 
    By running the sniff, I was hoping to pick up on a broadcast to give me a clue.... But alas nothing, Called Astaro, hoping to utilize my wonderful (and not exactly cheap) support contract, and all I got was voice mail. Oh well, there's always tomorrow!

    Hi, I've the same problem, Astaro said me it was a bug of this release (but it was the first release of 6!). In any case after many tries, I've opened an RMA and I've a new Astaro.
    Well, never do a factory reset with v6!!!
