after upgrading to 6.001 and hitting the 'factory reset' button because of phantom interfaces the appliance comes up with no ip address. -> No web access and not usable.
Factory reset seems not to work proper...and the customer is the real poor man once again .
Does anybody have probably an image of an ASG120 because i not willing to wait any longer for a response of the lazy astaro support ?
Telling me that this is an know issue does not really help in this situation...thanx
