[6.001] - how to adjust email sender adress

Hi,

does anyone know how to configure the sender email-adress of the IPS and all other system of an ASL box?

The header-fields "Return-Path" and "From:" have the value "".

I hope anyone know how to change this! [;)]

Question, why you want to cahnge it?

Because this is not a valid sender-address.
The domain does not exist and therefore cannot be verified by my mailserver which is configured to only accept mail from existing domains and existing accounts on that specific domain.

Do you think that now I am allowed to ask?

I got around the bogus email sender address issue by having ASL send its messages directly to an in-house mail server. Since the messages does not go to any off-site mail server, the bogus sender address is not a problem.
