V6 GA detecting 4 CPU's on install??

When installing V6 GA on our Dell SC1420 with dual 3.0 gHz Zeon processors, the hardware detection is showing 4 CPU's. Is this what it is supposed to do? [:S]
I have Hyperthreading enabled, if that matters?
