High Availability Fails V6

We are running several Astaro installations and we have implemented a new Astaro installation with Version 6 on two identical Dell SC1425 servers (SATA; so version 6 is necessary). 

We are experiencing quite some problems with configuration of High Availability. We had to install Astaro several times because the system was instable or not reachable any more.

After our last install and HA configuration we haven't tested the failover itself anymore (we were experiecing instability when we brought a server down; disconnecting a network cable etc). 

We now experiencing 2 problems:

1) After 2 days HA seems to be stopped working last log is saying:
 
2005:07:17-07:26:39 (none) rsyncd[30648]: rsync error: error in rsync protocol data stream (code 12) at io.c(354)

I have attached the log file

2)  We are unable to access the Webadmin anymore from the internet. From the internal address we can still access. We checked everything and access from internet is enabled (any is configured at the WebAdmin settings)

    Hi,

    only had such a problem, when the target file allready existed and was newer than the source file. (now speaking of linux generally)
    Can you look at the ha skript (via console), for the line where rsync is started, check if they use the -u option for rsync.

    Could be also the NIC itself, did you try to use another interface for the HA link.

    How can you look into this by the console? I'm not familair with this.

    I'm using a Intel PRO/1000 Dual Nic that is integrated on the Dell SC1425 for the failover link. There is also another Intel Pro/1000 Dual PCI card in the server what I can try to use. 

    Anyone knows something about the Webadmin access?

    Hi,

    first:  it seems that they dont use the -u option.
    At least I could not locate the option in the startup scripts.

    second webadmin: Are you natting https traffic from external to you internal network?
