connectivity loosing

I have installed Astaro V6, with 2 NIC 1-int and 1 -ext.
After configuring external interface, I am loosing the connectivity to Astaro FW through internal interace. Some times I can ping sometime not. When I log on FW through root, I found default route to my internal interface missing. Any idea why connectivity is loosing after enabling external interface. !! I have reinstalled Astaro V6 more than 10 times.

    Post the configuration of the two interfaces, please.

    Are there any logings in the packet filter log? Maybe something like "SPOOFING"?

    I can see all the internal traffic goes to broadcast address to 137 and 138. If I connection and configure external interface then I could not enter to the box through webadmin / ssh only way is root on terminal.

    we have the same problem here. We thought that we had made serious misconfigurations. After making a factory default reset our firewall (pyramid) was no longer accessible. Does anybody have an idea what the problem could be??
