On 12 June the HTTP Proxy reporting stopped reporting any blocked sites or content filter reporting -accessed sites are still reported. No explanation, no errors reported, simply no reporting. Starting and stopping everything seems to have gotten at least the logs working again. I assume this will populate the web-based reporting tools.
