Problem Installing ASL V5.0 in a LX50

Hi Dears,

i have V4 running in Sun LX50 Server. Yestarday i tried to upgrade to V5 using a CD sent by Astaro, but i could not finish the installation.

He give me an Failed to install in step 8: "Creating Base Environment". I tried more that 10 times. at this moment i lost the V4 installation and could not install de V5. Please advise me what to do, because i can install V4 again, but i need to install the V5 because of the license.
