Could you add a little bit more detail?

The 5.201 update has the problem, that changes on network- and services-definitions will not be saved correctly. That means, that made changes will be loosed after rebooting the firewall.

In my case, I had installed the 5.201 update. After this, I made many changes on the network-definitions (today, I change the IP-adresses at a hospitol). Very, very bad, when the changes are away!

they fixed it, and also I agree this is a bad thing to happen your sarcasm doesn't help and I don't think they did it by intension. this isn't supposed to be a forum to blame astaro but help each other.
