Hardware req. for ASL 5.2 with 150 User??

Start Up and connect all VPN Connections is min. 10 Minutes. I can connect the Firewall via Webadmin min. 5 Minutes later than the Ping say we are connected. Sometimes i cant connect to the Webadmin.
Is it possible, that this problems are because of  the Hardware??

Quite honestly yes.  You need at least a 2.8 GHZ machine(or athlon 2800+) with a gig or two of ram and about a 40-80 gig hard disk.  I am surpised that p-3 is not having other performance issues other than just a slow webadmin.
