I was just wondering when Astaro was going to get around to making ASL run on this hardware?

I figured you could firewall between its NIC and PPP dialup over its serial port. But its 2MB of Flash storage might pose a challenge for making Astaro fit; maybe if we could cut down on the log storage requirements...

    Hmm, hard to imagine that this could be a VPN Gateway / Intrusion Protection / SMTP Relay / HTTP Proxy / ... [;)]nch server rack.

    Anyway, it's enough power to run a packetfilter on it.

    The PicoTux will never run disk based i386 compiled code, that's for sure, but thanks for showing us the URL.

    It would be a handy little device to use for process control functions.
    The fact that it has both a high speed serial port and RJ45 Ethernet makes it very useable.
