delete additional address on interface

Hi,

I have multiple public ip-addresses on the same interface but now I want to delete one of the addresses because I need that particular ip-address on another server. When I try to delete the "network interface" i receive an error "One of the predefined interface network definitions is still in used in network groups or packet filter rules.". I have no rules or definitiions for the interface, the only thing that is referencing the interface is the predefined "Address", "Broadcast" and "Network under Definitions->Networks but thoose can not be deleted. How do I delete the addtional address from Astaro?

  • No, it's not used in NAT. There was a default IDS rule for the address added by astaro, but I have removed that and I can't find anything else referencing the address, except the automatically added network definitions (x_Network, x_Address and x_Broadcast) that can not be deleted from webmin.
