And that's the reason I didn't investigate in the first place (appart from being posted into the wrong board). Most of the time the reporting problems fix themselves after a few minutes. Patience is a virtue :-)
Reporting graphs belong to the " Logging, Reporting, Accounting, Notifications " board. Please add a new posting there and specify version, exactly which (if not all) graphs are missing, and if data in the tables is still updated. Generally, that information is updated every 5 minutes.
It would also be helpful if you check the file size and last modification of the following files: /var/log/reporting/rrd/*, /var/log/reporting/accu/*, /var/log/reporting/images/*.
