Problems with installing ASL on a HCL conform serv

In the ASL HCL I found the following entry:

I have exactly such a server with BIOS version 4.06 revision 1.13.1409. I have 1GB RAM and two HDDs of 74GB each, configured as a RAID1 attached to channel A. 
I wanted to install ASL 5.100 on it, but when it comes to the hardware detection it doesn't find the drive. If I delete the RAID, disable the HostRAID functionality and leave only one drive in the server I can install ASL without any problems. With the configured RAID1 I can't. I already tried the SMP Kernel and the Classic option, but got no cure.
 
My supplier (plCoteam in Dortmund, Germany) also had no idea what to do. It really is very urgent. Thanks for any help in advance.

    I am guessing here..I am not sure ASL 5 supports software RAID(i could be very wrong).  Have you sent a support inquiry directly to Astaro?

    It's not software raid... it's hardware... and I have the same issue on an HP DL360... it will not see the drives. 

    Strangely, I had this issue on a DL360 when installing Redhat 9 as well and ended up having to FTP install. It may be a base linux issue.

    i had no problem installing ASL on an DL380-G3 whitch uses the same Raid-Controller as the DL360-G3. The ASL Version was the 5.022 then... maybe you should just try an older ISO...
