Hi,
since last weekend our ASL4 is sending error mails with :
[ERR 009] Failed to start Virus Scanner. Please repeat Pattern Up2Date
After a mail to astaro-support we got the message that this can be solved by deleting the files in the direcotory /usr/lib/kavdaemon/Bases with the command rm -f * and redownload the pattern manually.
We did this, but the same error was reported last night several times.
Do you have any solutions for us?
