[ERR 010] Please repeat Pattern Up2Date

HI,

I’m running version 4.025 and receiving since yesterday morning every hour the following error:

[ERR 010] Please repeat Pattern Up2Date

Pattern Up2Date failed. Virus Scanner uses old pattern base.
These pattern are needed for using new pattern base:

avp.set
krnunp.avc
krnmacro.avc
krndos.avc
virus006.avc
virus018.avc
worm003.avc
troj005.avc
troj006.avc
troj009.avc
troj020.avc
troj022.avc
malw002.avc
unp006.avc
unp009.avc
unp013.avc

It seems that one of the last updates was not correct and the system needs it for the following updates. 
Any suggestions?

    Hi,

    I have got the same problem on all of our Astaros version 4 (4.021, 4.025). The pattern update on the Astaro Version 5 (5.101) seems to work without any problems.

    @ all,

    I talked to Astaro Support and they told me, that there is a problem with version 4 and the up2date process.The virus protectio is still running but there seems to be a prob with the ssh athentication mechanism. So no new pattern will be downloaded at the moment but the Virus scanner is running with the previous fetched pattern. They will fix it asap!
