How to launch a system up2date in command line?

It's to plan an up2date with 'at' and launch 3 updates (5.026, 5.027 and 5.100)

this will fetch up2dates from /var/up2date and install them, but there is a possibility to up2date from internet by using CLI (Command Line Interface)?
