3COM 3C940 Gbit PCI LAN controller

Hi,
I've an ASUS P4P800 Deluxe Motherboard with integrated 3COM 3C940 Gbit PCI LAN controller.

This NIC was recognized with my older Astaro V4 version.
This the installation of the V5 version, this NIC is not recognized anymore.

The cat /proc/pci command send :
Bus 2, device 5, function 0:
Ethernet controller: 3Com Corporation Gigabit Ethernet Adapter (rev 18).
IRQ 11.
Master Capable. Latency=64. Min Gnt=23.Max Lat=31.
Non-prefetchable 32 bit memory at 0xf7ffc000 [0xf7ffffff].
I/O at 0xe800 [0xe8ff].

The cat /proc/ioports command send :

e800-e8ff : 3Com Corporation Gigabit Ethernet Adapter

But the NIC seems not to be recognized by the system, doesn't appear on Webmin in Network --> Interfaces section.
