I'd upgraded all the way to v5.027 using up2date - and I was having problems accessing some websites (previously posted on the board). After exhausting all options I went for a fresh install of v5.100 and created all my rules etc from scratch. Having done this my problems were solved. It is an extreme case perhaps, but if you are experiencing issues with 5.100 then this may also solve your issues. I think in my case it was long overdue as over the past few years I have upgraded from an original ASL v2.0 to v3 to v4 then to v5 and I suspect that something from my ASL past came back to haunt me ! Anyway recreating all my rules from scratch gave me a good opportunity to clean up and tidy up. Since then no prolems and performance has not been an issue (Duron 950Mhz, 512Mb RAM, 40Gb disk and 50-80 concurrent users).
