I am trying to make a dialup connection through astaro, among the last patches Astaro Support this feature [:)]
1. US robotics 56K external modem, the dialup initiates but hangs
2. D-Link External modem, the dialup initiates after a long negotiation the line is dropped
I have tried using all the AT commands on US robotics for no good results.
Is there any recommended Modem that ASL supports? I think i might be doing something wrong, but i have tried all options like flow control left for hardware as well software, tried giving the init string among all googled AT commands, never tried the reset string......any body out there who tried this, your help is deeply appreciated and thanx in advance.
