Can't use Webadmin. How to backup config?

My Webadmin has been crashed. I can't start service anymore. How to backup config via shell?

    /usr/local/bin/auto_backup_mail.sh
    move data into a /tmp folder and send autobackup*.abf file via scp manager..

    add uor@mail  
    /etc/wfe/conf # backupdata 
    and wait end day for smtp notification in yuor email..
