5.027 Update Problems

Hi ... everytime i try to install the 5.027 the message

Pre-Start-Scripting ... Nothing to do
System Up2Date failed: Error occured while running installer
Did not dumpSystem Up2Date failed: Installer stopped due to internal error 
Rolling Back ... Finished

comes ... anybody some ideas what i can do ?
