Blank webadmin pages?

Ok I solved the problem. The asl box, a dell power edge 1300 with netgear fa311 (rev d maybe?) cards, would not auto-negotiate down to 10mgbit. Even when manually configuring the cards via astaro phone support help it just wouldn’t do it. A 29$ (19$ on sale [:)]s.

I downloaded and intalled the trial version. Server reboots fine but when I connect to the webadmin interface I get a blank page. The browser gets the certificate warning , which i accept, and then connects to a blank page.

Stuff i have tried: 
Read most of the manual
Re-installed multiple times
Tried to connect from different systems
Tried to connect using different browsers
Smacked the side of the computer in a threatening manner

I would appriciate any help trouble shooting this.
