System Up2Date failed

Hi guys ,

Have you guys ever seen such message like this ?

  
System Up2Date failed: Could not connect to Authentication Server 212.126.210.201. 
Received 500 error message.
Trying another Authentication Server...  


The Astaro works fine but i have this message coming in the mail every day , can you tell why this is happening?

    It seems to me your server does not have an active connection when it tries to contact the  Auth Server.  I also have the same error but once a connection is active, the Up2Date completes successfully. See my log below:

    2004:11:25-06:59:00 (none) aus[1336]: System Up2Date failed: Could not connect to Authentication Server. Trying another one
    2004:11:25-06:59:01 (none) aus[1336]: System Up2Date failed: Authentication failed. No Authentication Server available
    2004:11:25-07:07:22 (none) aus[1446]: System Up2Date: Started System Up2Date
    2004:11:25-07:07:44 (none) aus[1446]: System Up2Date: No new System Up2Date Packages available
