Manual up2date URL Needed

I am sure this is a repost but can't find the origiinal..
What is the URL of the manual up2date files. Due to external proxy issues I can not use auto up2date.

you find all up2dates on our FTP and Download servers:

FTP Europe:  ftp://ftp.astaro.de/pub/ASL/v5.0/up2date
FTP USA:  ftp://ftp.astaro.com/pub/ASL/v5.0/up2date  (very busy)

HTTP Europe:  http://download.astaro.de/ASL/v5.0/up2date/
