Hello folks,
I was wondering what your recommendation would be for moving from 5.009 to the latest patch level. Should I, a) apply each patch one at a time, or b) reinstall with the latest ISO image and restore from backup.
Either option is pretty scary to me because we rely on the firewall for everything. If it were to come down even for 10-15 minutes because of failure we'd lose money. I would like to get your ideas and best practices on this one.
