Dr.Neuhaus Furylan 4.023

Dear Bulletin User and ASL-Team
We uses about 10 Security Appliances from Dr.Neuhaus with Astaro Version 4.023 in Germany and in some other countries. Sometimes the box stop working and it's not possible to reach the webadmin anymore. Our resolution disconnect the powercord and reboot. The answer of supplier of the box (Dr.Neuhaus) was that it's no hardware issue, but a software issue of astaro since the update 4.01x.
Any ideas or resolutions?
