Have you tried closing the WebAdmin window and then logging in again? I just did a 5.024 install and, though I waited like the screen said, the WebAdmin window reloaded as a 404 error in MSIE, but when I closed the browser, started a new one, and logged in it came up just fine.
It updated the license fine. I saw the new license specs and then like a min later the box wasnt reachable by ping.
Both time the same. this didnt hapen in 5.023
