Cannot get new updates

I am trying to get the new update and have tried several times. Does the below message just mean that the servers are unavailable or what. I have the auto update fetch on and nothing is ever fetched to install.

I solved the problem. I accidently checked the "Use Upstream HTTP Proxy" button. After disabiling this feature everything worked fine.
