We're trying to upgrade a production ASL firewall.
We have a new server, have installed 5.015 via CD, connected to the internet, set up MASQ and enough rules to get out from the ASL firewall. Upgraded our v4 license to v5, fetched the v5 license and installed - all OK.
Now I run up2date, it authenticates and sees the upgrade files but will not load them. We also tried downloading the files to a workstation and loading them locally - no good.
Anyone have any ideas ? Help please.
