kernel panic (killing interrupt handler) on ASL 5

Hallo Forum,

I have got a problem with ASL 5. After installation all went ok, the old V4 config could be restored without problems. After a while of work. Kernel panic (killing interrupt handler) came, from conn_track executable (this can be happenstance).  I tested HW (RAM, HDD, etc.) everything is ok. I tried all three offered kernels. I tried every possible configuration in the BIOS, I made sure all three NICs have separate IRQ numbers, and it still crashes. I had to roll back to V4, which runs on the same HW stable. Any idea ?
