Im a total newbie to Astaro but an not a stanger to computers or firewalls. Ive done a hunt on here and can't find an answer on here for my problem but if it has come up before then apologies (it is late and I really should be in bed!)
Anyway, After installing Astaro V5.022 on an old PC (P3 866/256/40Gb) and applying the home license, the IPS and Up2Date parts seemed to be disabled and when attempting to enable them it reported that a valid license was required. If I look in licensing the dates suggested Im licensed for it, but underneath it would report "expired". I checked the BIOS clock on the PC and it was 1hr behind (Astaro was showing correct time), so I changed it and when rebooting back in, IPS and Up2Date were available again! However, the time in Astaro was now +1hr ahead. If I re-set Astaro's time back an hour to the correct time, IPS and Up2Date disable themselves again! Help!! [:S]
