How can I add a new NIC in my ASL box without having to install ASL from scratch ?

edit your modules.conf with the line

alias ethx modulename

for example adding an 8139 Realtek as your fourth card

alias eth3 8139too

save the file and then run modprobe modulename and then you can use webmin to configure.
