two connections with two Providers

Hello to all

has a question is it possible with to routers and a ASL5 with 2
connections in the InterNet to go

1x entrance for HTTP to the Surfen
1x entrance for ftp VPN (access from the outside) + email etc.
with 1x T-DSL with Flat and
1x SDSL with firm IP

yes if you use two routers or a load balancer that is in between your WAN connection and your ASL..[:)]
