Hang durng install of 5.0

Trying to install 5.0 on a Compaq Deslpro Pentium 111 one intel nic and one 3com nic. Get to the Verifying package checksum screen and it just sits here. Any thoughts?

ok ist his the newest 5.022 iso? also wich p-3 and how much ram..also how big of a hard disk? Sounds like a corrupted burn to me though.
