Cannot login via webadmin

Hello! Strange error indeed. When I try to connect to WebAdmin the following messages are presented:

"WebAdmin in use ... [no hardware description available]
Username:
Address or Hostname:
You can terminate this users' session by confirming your login, and optionally provide a reason for the takeover." (I enter the pasword) and then in 2nd step: "empty passwords are not permitted"

I´ve tried restarting the httpd and deleting some temp-files
but now when I try to connect I get a 500 internal error from the server. The firewall runs fine and all our ports are filtered but i cannot access it.

Help?
Do I have to reboot?

I think it was a missunderstanding with this message. It´s work as designed
This message is a feature and will be presented if you leave the webadmin interface without "exit". Then you logging in at a short time ago. Your old connection was established and now you must kill this session.
The best way is you restart your server. The error message 500 is there wasn´t a website online.
I don´t know what you have deleted by "temp" files, but I would delete asl this temp files for first times.
