Random lockups

I've had the system lockup a few times recently and this is the error I'm receiving in the kernel logs, btw, i can reboot and everything is fine for another week or two, it seems to happen randomly [:S]

specs:
astaro 4.023
hardware:
toshiba magnia
celeron 500
128m ram
10g 2.5 in. hdd

    AFAIK there isnt a bios update for this machine, its a headless appliance, i took the drive out and used a laptop to do the installation
