installation issue

hi everybody,
tring to install ASL 5.019 on a machine with this HW conf.:
HD3.2 Gb
Mb Asus P2B
2 nics intel pro 100+
350Mhz PII processor
ATI rage PRO TURBO AGP2X ,
I got a problem during the installation,
at  the  HW init. after the nics process it shows me a message like this: "kernel error" at line 286 and "attempting to kill init" and everythig stop so I can't install ASL.
Why??

    128 Mb RAM,etc. etc. etc. and it stop showing me this:

    OK, what's wrong ????
    I don't want open ASL to see routines ,libs and rest , have no time to recompile everything (if is possible and if is this the problem).
    Any help should be appreciate.

    boot the installer in safe mode..also go intot he bios and turn off all outside ports you are not using(aka usb, serial, paralell)

    hi everybody,
    I resolve everything, there was something wrong with my RAM and running MEMTEST I saw this (acc,f..k,b....r. w..d..s) , strange no?
