Can't get on internet

Can anyone help me? This is my situation, I can ping check from inside the astaro but i can'tget on the internet from the lan. What settings do i need to have on to get this thing to work? I switched out the astaro with a d-link router and that works great?before i wasn't able to ping but i put the dns numbers in DNS proxy and now i can ping check. What numbers should have on my network cards?

    You can either use the HTTP and/or DNS proxies, or add rules to allow HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, ...

    Which have you done?

    If you're using rules, you will need to add a corresponding masquerade rule if you're using "private" network numbers on your LAN (172..., 192..., 10....).

    So will you be using private IP numbers??
