How to define network in ranges of IP?

Some question about ASL 5.016.

Can I define range of IP addresses to apply in packet filtering rule? such as 172.17.72.2 - 172.17.72.100
If possible, how to define its?

But it's very complicated to use. This issued should be in wanted feature for ASTARO.
